This is the phase where children work on putting it all together. Children are using their language, social, and cognitive development to begin engaging with peers and exploring pretend play. They are beginning practicing turn taking and sharing. This is setting the foundation for later learning!

During class, we will...
- Follow a classroom routine, make choices, and follow simple commands
- Begin separation from caregiver as developmentally appropriate (caregivers are in the waiting room and must not leave the group room)
- Facilitate overall development, and support the increasing cognitive, social, and language skills within a small group setting
- Experience sensory exploration and arts & craft activities
- Participate in an interactive circle time with music and gestures
- Participate in "family style" snack time
